Professional courses for EBS Technicians

Poseidon ensures that all maintenance on its Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS) is performed with precision and safety. To maintain these standards, only trained and certified technicians are allowed to service these advanced systems.

To support this, Poseidon has created a dedicated EBS Technician Certification Course, designed and approved by the Poseidon Pro Academy HQ and led exclusively by authorized EBS Service Instructors.

This focused, 1-day course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to perform essential diagnostics, maintenance, and servicing on Poseidon’s EBS units.

Participants will learn to:

Understand the core components and operation of Poseidon’s Emergency Breathing Systems. Perform standard maintenance procedures with certified tools.
Follow proper safety practices during all service operations.

Prerequisites

Be at least 18 years of age.
No prior training or experience required.
All necessary tools must be available during the course.

Course Formats

The Poseidon EBS Technician course is only available face to face training in the uk

Full-day, instructor-led hands-on training.
Includes use of EBS units and diagnostic equipment.
Participant must have access to required tools and equipment.

Course Structure

The EBS technician course consists of 4 modules delivered over one day (total duration: 8 hours):

Session 1: Introduction to EBS and Poseidon standards. Session 2: System overview, components, and service tools. Session 3: Practical maintenance procedures.
Session 4: 
Final review and assessment.

After the Course

Certified technicians are authorized to perform maintenance on EBS units at any official EBS service center.
